One of the most required routine is to purify your body of wastes, to clear wastes before you add new into your body (Includes Urine, Sweat, feces, Emotions & Obsessions)

1. Arising:

  1. To awake before sunrise to tune one self with the rhythm of sun.
  2. Pre- Sunrise is the best time to eliminate body’s wastes.
  3. One can self examine urine & stool to know if they are healthy.
    (Example: Undigested food in your faces indicates presence of ama)

2. Washing:

  1. Washing of full body purifies sense organs.
  2. Inspect your tongue,
  3. Brushing teeth with twig toothbrushes is best. Using once & returning into the nature. Twig toothbrushes floss the teeth as we brush
    (Cleaning of eyes & nose is a good practice and recommended in ayurveda)

3. Meditation:

  1. Daily meditation appears the hunger of the mind. Good meditation nourishes the organisms & control desires.

4. Massage

  1. Touch in the skins senses healthy skin is connected to the health of digestive fact. Massage increase circulation of blood , relaxes body priority more rigorous exercise, Makes the skin soft, Helps in controlling vata.

5. Exercise:

  1. It Increase body’s stamina & helps fight disease by improving our immune system. Swimming is good form of exercise very simple & suitable to every one.
