Actions: Tridosh shamak, Anti oxident, (Rejuvintor), Gastro intestinal issues.

Indication: Improves digestion, useful in bloating & gas.

Usage: Useful in vibandha (constipation) Indigestion & in piles.

Caution: Pregnant & lactating mother’s should consult physician before consuming.

Dosage & Anupan: For Tablets : 2 to 4 tablets at night with warm water or as directed by physician. For Churan :3 to 6 gm with luke warm water at bed time or as directed by physician

1) Jaggery in summer

2) Saindhav salt in monsoon

3) Sunthi in winter
