3 KATU (Trikatu Churan)

Action: Stimulant, Reduces ama and gas formation, Improves metabolism. Helps in de-toxification of body and its efficacy increases when taken with 7vik Aatmashakti (triphala Churna)
Indication: Digestive respiratory system, asthma, cold & cough, arthritis, sciatica, reduces obesity, filariasis, reduces vata and swelling
Usage: If taken before food with luke-warm water it increases appetite or if taken after food with buttermilk then promotes digestion.
Caution: Don’t use if one has high pitta, ulcer, bleeding, acidity, burning sensation. If taking diabetes medicines kindly consult your physician before taking them.

AATMASHAKTI (Triphala Churan)

Caution: Discontinue if you get a rash after consuming Triphala Churan. Pregnant or lactating mother’s & children should consult a physician before consuming
Dosage: 3 to 6 gm twice daily / 2 to 3 tablets once or twice daily, or as directed by physician.
Anupan: 1) Can be taken with lukewarm water or with honey.
2) Take a glass of lukewarm water mix 1 spoon of Aatmashakti cover it with Lid and leave it overnight by your bedside. When you wake up drink without stirring before consuming anything. (to take benefit of your Saliva) leave sedimentation in the glass and add a glass of water (Refill) leave it again by your bedside & consume the same next day morning as above without shaking or stirring. The remaining sedimentation can be consumed in Ubtan/body wash or can be applied in hair (leave it for 15-20 min to dry) before washing off. -
