Action: Anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant properties, expectorant, helps in removing ama & kapha from the body.
Indication: Cough & cold associated with bronchitis, Viral respiratory infection, and chest congestion, burning sensation in hands & feet
Usage: To cure fever linked with flu, chest congestion, for respiratory releted diseases.
Caution: Do not take on an empty stomach, if person is suffering from gastric problems or with high blood sugar should consult a physician before taking it.
Dosage: 1 to 3 gm twice daily or as directed by a physician.
Anupan: It can be taken with honey or Ghee.
Note: Do not take with water and avoid drinking water at least 30 minutes after taking Sitopaladi churan (with honey)
