Dosage:3 to 6 gm twice daily / 2 to 3 tablets once or twice daily or as directed by physician.
Anupan: 1) Can be taken with lukewarm water or with honey.
2) Take a glass of lukewarm water mix 1 spoon of Aatmashakti cover it with Lid and leave it overnight by your bedside. When you wake up drink without stirring before consuming anything. (to take benefit of your Saliva) leave sedimentation in the glass and add a glass of water (Refill) leave it again by your bedside & consume the same next day morning as above without shaking or stirring.
