AATMASHAKTI (Triphala Churna & Tablets)

Key ingredient: Haritiki, Vibhitaki, Amlaki Effect on Dosha: Tridosh samak (balances vata-pitta – kapha)  Vipak: Sweet

Action: Anti-inflamatory, immunity booster, rich source of anti-oxidants, laxative, reduces ama (toxins), anti-microbial, nourishes dhatu’s

Indication: Gestro – intestional, rejuvinative herb (purifies body of old AMA trapped in fat)

Usage: Stimulates appetite, promotes digestion absorption of food. Increases production of red blood cells, helps in constipation, abdominal pain, hyper acidity & flatulence, aids in weight loss and in regulating blood sugar.

Caution: Discontinue if you get a rash after consuming Triphala Churan. Pregnant or lactating mother’s & children should consult a physician before consuming

Dosage :3 to 6 gm twice daily / 2 to 3 tablets once or twice daily, or as directed by physician.

 

Anupan: 1) Can be taken with lukewarm water or with honey. 2) Take a glass of lukewarm water mix 1 spoon of Aatmashakti cover it with Lid and leave it overnight by your bedside. When you wake up drink without stirring before consuming anything. (to take benefit of your Saliva) leave sedimentation in the glass and add a glass of water (Refill) leave it again by your bedside & consume the same next day morning as above without shaking or stirring. The remaining sedimentation can be consumed in Ubtan/body wash or can be applied in hair (leave it for 15-20 min to dry) before washing off
